产品简介
碳化硅方梁主要应用于：梭式窑、隧道窑、辊道窑、及其它工业窑炉承载结构和窑具窑车上承载产品的窑具支架。
碳化硅辊棒主要用在辊道窑，锂电池正负极材料传动、磁性材料,电子陶瓷粉体、日用陶瓷、耐火材料等传动烧结工艺,是辊道窑中最关键的材料，在窑炉中起承载和传送产品的作用。
SiSiC beams are mainly used for: shuttle kiln, tunnel kiln, roller kiln, and other industrial kiln load-bearing structures and kiln tool support frames for products on the kiln car.
SiSiC rollers are mainly used in roller kilns, lithium battery positive and negative electrode material transmission, magnetic materials, electronic ceramic powder, daily-useamics, refractory materials and other transmission sintering processes. It is the most critical material in the roller kiln and plays a role of bearing and conveying products the kiln.

应用领域:碳化硅薄板采用高纯烧结碳化硅陶瓷材料，有三种材质，反应烧结碳化硅，无压烧结碳化硅和氮化硅结合碳化硅，该产品具有高硬度，承载力大，意味着碳化硅板在使用过程中能够保持长久的耐久性、高热导率，热膨胀系数小这使得碳化硅板在高温环境下能够迅速散热，保持稳定的机械性能，并且产品平面高、密度均匀性好。
Silicon carbide thin plates are made of high-purity sintered silicon carbide ceramicmaterials, which are available in three types: sisic/ssic/nsic. This product has highhardness and high bearing capacity, which means that the silicon carbide plate canmaintain long-term durability, high thermal conductivity, and low thermal expansioncoefficient during use.
